Refund policy

Due to health, safety and cross contamination risks - all sales of cleaning and/or self care product are final. This includes both refillable and non-refillable products. This also includes products pre bottled or filled in a customer’s provided bottle.

Other merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a digital copy of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
